Doa-doa yang sunat dibaca ketika berwudhuk

1. Membasuh dua telapak tangan.

Ya Allah, janganlah Engkau haramkan aku mencium harumnya surgaMu.

4. Membasuh muka.

Thanks DINA SOBIHA for presenting me a beautiful and meaningful 'CURHAT'...

Galau Jiwa

Keresahan yang menjalar

Melemahkan jasad
Mematikan langkah kaki
Bersama dada menghadap ke barat
Kepala didongakkan ke langit
Sambil tangan dirapatkan bersama

Kegelapan mula menyelimuti
Kesejukan semakin terasa
Padang rumput basah ditelurusi
Bunyinya bergema bersama deruan suara malam
Bayangan sepohon kayu tinggi diselimuti cahaya bulan semakin jelas di pandangan

Angin lembut menampar wajah
Meninggalkan kesan yang tak kelihatan
Langkah kaki mati lagi
Bintang telah muncul
Awan berlalu tanpa kata setelah membenarkan bintang menghiasi tabir angkasa

Indah

HILANG SEGALA RESAH
BILA BERSAMA ALLAH

Dan masa itu cukup pantas pecutannya
Tidak menanti lagi
Senafas hembusan
Sekelip mata
Hidup mengejar detik-detik yang sentiasa meninggalkan
Tidak akan kembali lagi
Sejarah semakin menggunung...

In the middle of dizziness of finishing assignments, there is something slipped through my mind. Something special I guess; the idea of finding the video about Nick Vujicic (a person who was born without hands and legs). Though he is physically challenged, he still loves to live his life, and more accurately, he's satisfied of what he is. I'm thinking of myself.

We like to make excuses. We can't do this because of this, and we can't do that as we afraid of that...
We are always being ungrateful, sighing, complaining this and that. Yet, we rarely think that we are created perfectly (we can do anything that we want, we can think, we can eat, talk, walk etc. etc.).

Therefore, be grateful of what we are. Think of others who have more challenges than we are.

Nick Vujicic:

"Sometimes, in your life when you are falling down and you feel like you don’t have strength to get back up, do you think you have hope? Because I tell you I'm down here, face down and I’ve no arms no legs, it should be impossible for me to get back up. But it's not. You see I will try one hundred  times to get up and if I fell one hundred times, if I fail and I give up, do you think I’m able to get up? No! But, if I fell, I try again and again and again, what I just want you to know this is not the end..."

"Then which of the favours of your Lord will you deny?"
(55:13)

Think positively...
I know it's hard
It's painful sometimes
To forgive others' mistakes
To accept others' opposite ideas
To endure ourselves in challenging situations
To be diligent in contributing good deeds
To be patient towards others' caprice and whim

But,
If we try,
Somehow
We will feel the calmness by forgiving others
We will be enriched with new ideas and knowledge by accepting others'
We will develop ourselves to be better persons by enduring hardships
We will feel the happiness by contributing diligently
We will achieve the victory against 'ammarah' by being patient.

Sometimes,
It's OK to feel like crying or wanna talk to somebody concerning the uneasiness that we might feel
Cry
Spit it out
However,
Don't stop there.
Think positively about the outcomes or hikmah
Believe me, we will be able to endure all the pains.

We always demand to see the evidence of Allah's Greatness, but we always forget that all the evidences are all around us, even the existence of us (our body, mind and soul) is the great evidence of His power.

Peace be upon everyone who accesses to my blog.

This is my first time of being outside my beloved country, Malaysia. Almost everything is different; the weather, the food, the technology, the lifestyle and many more aspects of life. Frankly speaking, being a first timers as a foreigner in a developed country like Australia make me feel unsecured as well as uncomfortable. However, the fate of being in this situation is not just a range of time to be wasted, but it is an opportunity for self-development. It (self-development) should come in two different ways; exemplifying positive and constructive elements of life such as lifestyles and attitudes, as well as avoiding ourselves from indulging in negative components.

One of the most polite attitude that has amazed me is the culture of saying thank you in whatever situation the person is. I am kind of shocked when people thanking me whereas I am the one who seeks their help. Perhaps others may look at this attitude as a small matter, but it is a very positive mentality. Thanking others' on their efforts of helping us may sooth and comfort them emotionally as well as psychologically. I think I should bring back this attitude to my country as the role of a teacher is not only to spread knowledge and skills, but also to instill  first world class mindsets.

Another dissimilarity is regarding nightlife. Occasionally in Malaysia, we call it a day at around 10 pm. However, there are still restaurants, futsal courts and some other spots operate till midnight. It is so different compared to Australia. Most shops and offices are closed at around 5 pm. Only pubs, nightclubs, bars and casinos are opened at night. In accordance of that, I realize Australians love partying. Almost every night they carry out parties whether in their units or outside. They really 'enjoy' their lives.

Though we have to adapt our physical and mental selves to fit in a certain environment, we must remind ourselves that self-development is never happening if we are at the same stage of life all the time. It is our responsibilities to keep ourselves always in stable conditions whenever and wherever we are.

"...be the change you wish to see in the world." (Mahatma Gandhi)

"Verily never will Allah change the condition of a people until they change it themselves (with their own souls)."

13:11

Life is not always bright, and it is not always dark.
Life is neutral; we are the ones who pattern its empty canvas.
